MEMBERS OF ALMA MEDIA’S SHAREHOLDERS’ NOMINATION COMMITTEE APPOINTED
The following persons have been appointed as members of Alma Media’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee: Timo Aukia, Chair of the Board of Ilkka Plc; Rasmus Skand, CEO of Mariatorp Oy; Henrik Ehrnrooth, Chair of the Board of Otava Ltd; and Rami Vehmas, Head of Equities at Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.
At its constitutive meeting, the Nomination Committee elected Henrik Ehrnrooth as its Chair. In addition, Alexander Lindholm, Chair of the Board of Alma Media Corporation, will act as an expert member of the Committee, and Mikko Korttila, General Counsel of Alma Media Corporation, as its Secretary.
The right to appoint members representing shareholders to the Nomination Committee rests with the four shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on 30 September in the calendar year preceding the Annual General Meeting and who, according to the shareholder register, hold the largest share of the votes conferred by all shares in the company.

The decision to establish the Shareholders’ Nomination Committee was taken by Alma Media’s General Meeting of Shareholders in 2015. The Committee’s duties include preparing proposals concerning the election and remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors for the following Annual General Meeting.
