Framery's Financial Reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

Framery Group will publish the following financial reports during 2027:

• Financial Statements Release for 2026: February 16, 2027
• Interim Report for January–March 2027: April 22, 2027
• Half-Year Report for January–June 2027: July 22, 2027
• Interim Report for January–September 2027: October 28, 2027

The Annual Report 2026, including Financial Statements and the Report by the Board of Directors, will be published during week 12.

The financial reports will be published in Finnish and English, and they are available on the Group’s website https://framery.com/sijoittajat/en/investors/ immediately after publication.

Framery Group’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on April 15, 2027. Framery’s Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting separately via a stock exchange release.
