Lamor Corporation Plc (the "Company") announced on 23 October 2026 that, in connection with its senior financing arrangements, it was in negotiations with its relevant financing providers regarding certain financial covenant waivers for the testing date of 31 December 2026 and adjacent periods, and that it was aiming to obtain the necessary waivers by the end of October 2026.

The Company today announces that it has obtained the abovementioned financial covenant waivers for the testing date of 31 December 2026 and adjacent periods. The financial covenant waivers have entered into force with immediate effect.

Accordingly, the investor commitments to participate in the contemplated share issue, as announced on 23 October 2026, remain subject to certain customary conditions but the conditionality related to the financial covenant waiver has been fulfilled.
