Posti Group’s Financial Reporting in 2027 and Annual General Meeting

Posti Group Corporation will publish its Financial Reports in 2027 as follows:

-         Financial Statements Bulletin for 2026 will be published on February 19, 2027.

-         The Annual Report for 2026 will be published in the week starting February 22, 2027.

-         Interim report for January-March 2027 will be published on April 28, 2027.

-         Half-year financial report for January-June 2027 will be published on August 12, 2027.

-         The Interim Report for January-September 2027 will be published on October 29, 2027.

 

Financial reports will be published at approximately 8.30 a.m. Finnish time.

 

The Annual General Meeting of Posti Group Corporation is planned to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2027 in Helsinki, Finland. The Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting by issuing a separate release. A shareholder's proposals for matters to be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Chapter 5, Section 5 of the Finnish Companies Act, shall be delivered in writing no later than on January 21, 2027 to Posti Group Corporation/ Legal, P.O.
