Biohit Oyj: Notification Pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act

Biohit Oyj has on 28 October 2026 received a notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which the combined holding of Osmo Suovaniemi and his controlled company Interlab Oy in Biohit Oyj has exceeded the 25 percent threshold of shares and the two-thirds (2/3) threshold of votes. In addition, Interlab Oy’s own holding of votes has exceeded the 25 percent threshold. The thresholds were exceeded on 27 October 2026 when Interlab Oy acquired 650,000 series A shares in Biohit Oyj. Osmo Suovaniemi and Interlab Oy hold in total 2,868,310 series A shares and 1,430,000 series B shares in Biohit Oyj. These holdings represent 28.27 percent of all shares and 81.96 percent of all votes in the company.
