Tieto has today cancelled 1 170 000 treasury shares in line with the decision on the share buyback programme announced on 22 July 2026. The company is cancelling the repurchased shares on a monthly basis. The cancellation reduces the total number of shares and votes to 109 049 457.
The cancellation of the shares was registered with the Finnish Trade Register on 26 October 2026, after which the company holds a total of 432 000 treasury shares, including the shares repurchased by 23 October 2026.
