Konecranes Plc’s financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2027

Konecranes will publish its financial reports in 2027 as follows:

Financial statement release 2026	February 4, 2027
Interim report, January-March	April 28, 2027
Half-year financial report, January-June	July 20, 2027
Interim report, January-September	October 22, 2027

Konecranes’ 2026 Annual Report will be published as a pdf document at the latest on Friday, February 26, 2027.

The financial reports are published in English and Finnish, and they are available at www.konecranes.com after the publication.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2027.

Konecranes’ Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting addressed at the Annual General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included in the notice convening the meeting. A request is considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a request on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, at the latest. Konecranes observes a silent period prior to the publication of its interim reports, half-year financial report and financial statement release starting on the last day of the quarter in question.
