COMPOSITION OF AUROORA GROUP PLC’S SHAREHOLDERS' NOMINATION BOARD
Auroora Group Plc’s three largest registered shareholders have nominated the following members to the Shareholders’ Nomination Board:
- Harri Lamminen
- Tommi Walther, Keskinäinen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Varma
- Antti Rauhala
At its organizational meeting on September 10, 2026, the Nomination Board elected Tommi Walther as its Chair. Pekka Tammela, the Chair of Auroora Group Plc’s Board of Directors, serves as an expert member of the Nomination Board.
The shareholders entitled to appoint members to the Nomination Board were determined based on the registered holdings in the company’s shareholders’ register on September 1, 2026.
The Shareholders’ Nomination Board prepares and presents to the General Meeting its proposals concerning the number and the composition of the members of the Board of Directors, as well as the remuneration. The Nomination Board must submit its proposals to the Company’s Board of Directors annually by the last weekday of January preceding the next Annual General Meeting.
