Scanfil Share Subscriptions with Stock Options 2022AI and 2022BI
By 26 August 2026, a total of 68,250 Scanfil plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2022AI and 2022BI. A total of 13,250 new shares have been subscribed for with the company’s stock options 2022AI and a total of 55,000 new shares with the company’s stock options 2022BI. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2022AI and 2022BI, the entire subscription price of EUR 510,640.00 will be credited to the reserve for the company’s invested unrestricted equity.
The new shares subscribed for with the stock options 2022AI and 2022B1 have been registered in the Trade Register on 7 September 2026. The new shares will produce shareholder rights for their shareholders from the date of registration. After the trade registration the total amount of shares is 65,806,743.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares as of 8 September 2026.
The share subscription period for stock options 2022AI began on 1 May 2025 ends on 30 April 2027. The share subscription period for stock options 2022BI began on 1 May 2026 ends on 30 April 2028.
