The four largest shareholders of Orthex Corporation have nominated their representatives to the Shareholders’ Nomination Board. As stipulated in its charter, the Nomination Board comprises the representatives of the four largest shareholders and the Chair of the Board of Directors of Orthex Corporation as an expert member.
According to the shareholders’ register, the company’s four largest shareholders on 31 August 2026 were Conficap Oy (14.0% of shares and votes), Alexander Rosenlew (11.53% of shares and votes), Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (5.97% of shares and votes) and Aktia Fund Management Company Ltd (5.68% of shares and votes).
The composition of Orthex’s Shareholders’ Nomination Board is the following:
- Erik Toivanen, CEO of Conficap Oy
- Alexander Rosenlew
- Annika Ekman, Executive Vice President, Investments, of Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company
- Niina Arkko, ESG Director of Aktia Fund Management Company Ltd
Erik Toivanen was elected to chair the Nomination Board. The Nomination Board’s expert member is Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae, Chair of the Board of Orthex Corporation.
Orthex’s Shareholders' Nomination Board prepares and presents the proposals regarding the remuneration and composition of the Board of Directors to the Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Board will submit its proposals for the 2027 Annual General Meeting to the Board of Directors by 31 January 2027.
