Eezy Plc’s Board of Directors resolved to adjust the maximum number of reward shares payable under the fifth earning period of the share-based incentive plan for the company’s key employees

Eezy Plc announced on 10 December 2024 the fifth earning period of the long-term share-based incentive plan for the company’s key employees.

Eezy Plc’s Board of Directors has resolved to adjust the maximum number of reward shares payable for the earning period following the rights issue carried out by the company in spring 2026.

Based on the resolution of the Board of Directors, a maximum of 722,266 Eezy Plc shares may be paid as a reward for the fifth earning period. Before the resolution of the Board of Directors, the maximum number of reward shares was 256,000 shares.

The earning criteria for the fifth earning period are based on Eezy Plc’s total shareholder return, operating profit margin and sustainability factors.

The establishment of the share-based incentive plan was announced on 18 December 2019 and its extension on 30 November 2021. The current share-based incentive plan will end after the fifth earning period.
