Biohit Oyj: Kari Syrjänen resigns as Chair of the Board of Directors

The Chair of the Board of Directors of Biohit Oyj, Kari Syrjänen, has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors with effect from 2 September 2026.

The resignation is due to personal reasons.

The Board of Directors has elected current Board member Kalle Härkönen as its new Chair.
