HKFoods Plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2026 on Wednesday 10 February 2027 at approximately 8:30 a.m. EET.
HKFoods’ Annual Review 2026 will be published in week 13/2027 at the latest. The Annual Review will include the Financial Statements, the Report of the Board of Directors, the Sustainability Statement in accordance with the CSRD directive and ESRS standards, electronic financial statements (European Single Electronic Format, ESEF) as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Turku on Thursday 22 April 2027. The notice of the AGM of HKFoods Plc will be published later as a separate notice.
HKFoods will publish the following financial reports in 2027:
- Interim Report for January–March 2027 on Wednesday 5 May 2027 at approximately 8:30 a.m. EEST
- Half Year Financial Report 2027 on Wednesday 4 August 2027 at approximately 8:30 a.m. EEST
- Interim Report for January–September 2027 on Wednesday 3 November 2027 at approximately 8:30 a.m. EET
All financial reports are published in Finnish and English and will be available after publication on the company’s website at www.hkfoods.com.
