A total of 12,502 Componenta Corporation’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2023A. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2023A, the entire subscription price of EUR 37,506 will be entered in the reserve for the Company’s invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total number of shares is 9,855,983.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2023A have been registered in the Trade Register on 12 August 2026, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded in the main list maintained by Nasdaq Helsinki Oy together with the old shares approximately on 13 August 2026.
The shares subscription period for the stock options 2023A will end 31 May 2028.
