ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 FEBRUARY 2026 AT 9:00 AM
Henri Korpi (52), LLM, has been appointed as Executive Vice President of
Consumer Customer business effective from 10 February 2026, and Mikko Soirola
(56), MA, as CEO of Elisa Industriq (International Software Services), and as a
member of Elisa's Corporate Executive Board from 30 March 2026.
Korpi transitions to his new role from leading the Elisa Industriq business and
has previously worked for a long time in leadership positions in Elisa's
Consumer Customers business. He continues as a member of Elisa's Corporate
Executive Board. Soirola has extensive experience in international software
business and has most recently served as CEO of Finago and Accountor Software.
Both Korpi and Soirola report to CEO Topi Manner.

being even more customer-centric and innovative, making use of Elisa's
technology leadership and the strong expertise of our personnel,” says CEO Topi
Manner.

The current EVP of Elisa's Consumer Customer business, Vesa-Pekka Nikula, will
leave the company's Corporate Executive Board on 10 February 2026 and will end
his employment with the company in August 2026.

member of Elisa's Corporate Executive Board and for his valuable work as EVP of
Consumer Customer business, as well as previously EVP of Elisa's Production,”
Manner continues.
