Lindex Group has signed a EUR 50 million secured revolving credit facility
agreement

Lindex Group plc has signed a EUR 50 million secured revolving credit facility
agreement with Swedbank AB (publ) and Nordea Bank Abp. The revolving credit
facility may be used for general corporate and working capital purposes and
includes customary financial covenants. The revolving credit facility matures in
May 2027, subject to a 15-month extension option. Lindex Group has also a pre
-existing secured revolving credit facility of EUR 40 million, which will mature
in July 2028.
