Change in the Fiskars Group Leadership Team

As part of Fiskars Group's transition into a structure based on two
operationally independent Business Areas, the Group makes a change in the
Fiskars Group Leadership Team. As of today, Aamir Shaukat, who has served as
EVP, Group Operations and Sustainability as well as Chief Operations Officer in
BA Vita, will fully focus on his role in BA Vita. Aamir Shaukat will report to
Daniel Lalonde, CEO of Vita, and will no longer be part of the Fiskars Group
Leadership team. The role of EVP, Group Operations and Sustainability will be
discontinued, and Aamir Shaukat's Group duties will move under the Group's CFO,
Jussi Siitonen.

“With our Business Areas in charge of executing the core business, it is clear
that operations development also needs to be run by the Business Areas. We have
announced today that BA Vita is taking steps to reset its performance, and
Aamir's role in this journey is essential. I want to thank Aamir for his
valuable contributions in the Leadership Team and look forward to continuing
working with him,” says Jyri Luomakoski, President and CEO of Fiskars Group.

“After this change, the composition of the Group Leadership Team better reflects
the new way of operating; two independent Business Areas supported by the parent
company,” Luomakoski concludes.

As of today, the Fiskars Group Leadership Team consists of the following
members:

  · Jyri Luomakoski, Fiskars Group's President and CEO
  · Jussi Siitonen, Group CFO & deputy to the President and CEO of Fiskars Group
  · Dr. Steffen Hahn, CEO of Fiskars
  · Daniel Lalonde, CEO of Vita
