The change negotiations were conducted as part of the organisation’s strategic renewal, with the objective of improving operational efficiency and to enable greater impact and service capability in customer interactions. The change negotiations involved 34 employees and as a result the employment of 6 people will end. The company estimates that the measures will reduce personnel costs by around EUR 0.6 million annually. Streamlining operations strengthens the foundation for sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
