CHANGES IN ROBIT PLC’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Robit Plc’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Markku Teräsvasara, has announced today that he will not be available for the Board membership for the year 2026. He will step down from the company’s Board of Directors on December 31st, 2025.
“We thank Markku for his significant contribution to the company’s management and development. He has brought the company extensive industry and product expertise, which will benefit the company also in the future. We wish Markku all the best in his future endeavors”, states Harri Sjöholm, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors has at this date chosen from among themselves Vice Chairman, Harri Sjöholm, as the Chairman of Board starting January 1st, 2026, and continuing until the Annual General Meeting on April 1st, 2026.
Robit Plc’s Shareholders Nomination Committee will submit its proposal for the composition of the Board to the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The company will inform of this no later than in January 2026.
