YIT Corporation's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2026
YIT will publish the Financial Statements Bulletin for 2025 on Friday, February
6, 2026. Financial Statements 2025 will be published during week 9/2026 at the
latest.
In addition, YIT will publish two Interim Reports and a Half-Year Report in 2026
as follows:
· Interim Report for January-March on Tuesday, April 28, 2026
· Half-Year Report for January-June on Friday, July 24, 2026
· Interim Report for January-September on Friday, October 30, 2026
Prior to the publishing, YIT follows a so-called silent period that will begin
on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1, and that will last until the
publication of the respective financial report.
Annual General Meeting
YIT Corporation's Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19,
2026. YIT's Board of Directors will summon the Meeting on a later date.
Possible requests from shareholders to put matters on the agenda of the 2026
Annual General Meeting shall be submitted no later than Wednesday, January 28,
2026. The written request shall be sent to YIT Corporation, Juha Jauhiainen,
