ROBIT PLC’S FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2026
In 2026, Robit Plc will publish financial information as follows:
- Financial Statements Release 2025: Wednesday 18 February 2026 at around 9.00 a.m. Finnish time
- Interim Report January–March 2026: Monday 20 April 2026 at around 2.00 p.m. Finnish time
- Half-year Financial Report January–June 2026: Friday 7 August 2026 at around 9.00 a.m. Finnish time
- Interim Report January–September 2026: Wednesday 21 October 2026 at around 9.00 a.m. Finnish time
Robit Plc observes a 30-day period of silence before publishing financial reports. During the silent period, Robit Plc will not comment on the company’s financial position or prospects and shall not meet with representatives of the capital markets or financial media.
Robit Plc’s Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 1 April 2026, in Tampere, Finland. The Board of Directors will give a separate notice of the AGM. Possible requests from shareholders to include matters on the agenda of Robit Plc’s AGM 2026 shall be sent to the company’s Board of Directors in writing by mail to address Robit Plc, AGM, Vikkiniityntie 9, 33880 Lempäälä or by email to address investors@robitgroup.com by Wednesday 21 January 2026.
The documents of the AGM will be published on the company’s website, no later than Wednesday 11 March 2026. The company’s dividend payment date is the 10th banking day of the AGM, thus Friday 17 April 2026.
