Record and payment dates for Kemira's second dividend installment of EUR 0.37
per share
The Board of Directors of Kemira Oyj has at its meeting on October 23, 2025
decided, on the basis of the authorization by the Annual General Meeting 2025,
on the record date and the payment date for the second installment of the
dividend of EUR 0.37.
The second installment of the dividend will be paid to shareholders who are
registered in the shareholders' register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on
the record date October 28, 2025. The dividend payment date is November 4, 2025.
The Annual General Meeting held on March 20, 2025, approved the Board of
Directors' dividend proposal of EUR 0.74 per share for the financial year 2024
to be paid in two installments. The first installment of EUR 0.37 per share was
paid on April 3, 2025.
