Konecranes Plc's financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2026
Konecranes will publish its financial reports in 2026 as follows:
Financial statement release 2025 February 5, 2026
Interim report, January-March April 29, 2026
Half-year financial report, January-June July 24, 2026
Interim report, January-September October 23, 2026
Konecranes' 2025 Annual Report will be published as a pdf document at the latest
on Monday, March 2, 2026.
The financial reports are published in English and Finnish, and they are
available at www.konecranes.com after the publication.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026.
Konecranes' Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting at a
later date. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the
competence of the General Meeting addressed at the Annual General Meeting
provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included
in the notice convening the meeting. A request is considered as having been
received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a
request on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at the latest. Such a request should be

661, 05801 Hyvinkää, Finland.
Konecranes observes a silent period prior to the publication of its interim
reports, half-year financial report and financial statement release starting on
the last day of the quarter in question.
