In the share issue, 2,889 treasury shares are issued without consideration to a key person in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Restricted Share Plan. The shares will be delivered as a sign-on compensation on October 30, 2025. After the transfer, Fiskars Corporation holds a total of 377,855 own shares. The decision on the share issue is based on the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by Fiskars Corporation's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 12, 2025.
