Gofore’s financial communications dates and Annual General Meeting 2026
In 2026, Gofore Plc will publish its financial information as follows:
- Financial Statements Release for the year 2025 on Wed, 25 February 2026
- Interim Report Q1/2026 on Wed, 29 April 2026
- Half-year financial report H1/2026 on Wed, 18 August 2026
- Interim Report Q3/2026 on Tue, 27 October 2026
Annual Report for the year 2025 including a CSRD compliant sustainability report will be published on week 12 / 2026.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Tampere on 17 April 2026. The Board of Directors of Gofore Plc will convene the meeting at a later date.
In addition, Gofore publishes a monthly business review that includes staff-related key figures, monthly net sales with comparable figures and the management's assessment of the development of the business during the review period. Monthly business reviews are published as soon as possible as the numbers are available at the beginning of the following month.
In 2026, monthly business reviews are published for December 2025 in January, and for the 2026 months of February, April, May, June, October and November. As exceptions, January numbers are included in the Financial Statements Release, March numbers are included in the Q1 interim report, and July numbers are included in the August review. Gofore publishes IAS 34 compliant interim reports quarterly.
