The new shares subscribed for in F-Secure Corporation's directed share issue have been registered with the Trade Register
A total of 33,905 new shares subscribed for in F-Secure Corporation’s directed share issue have been registered with the Finnish Trade Register today, on 20 October 2025. After the registration of the new shares, the total number of shares in the company is 174,707,070 shares. The Company does not hold its own shares.
The new shares will confer equal rights to the company's existing shares from the date of registration.
The new shares will be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd's main list approximately from 21 October 2024 onwards.
