The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held in Vieremä on 8 April 2026.
Ponsse Plc's Board of Directors will issue a separate notice of the Annual
General Meeting later.
The 2025 Annual Report including Board of Directors' Report and Financial
Statements, will be published on the company's website during week 11/2026.
All financial reports of the company will be published in Finnish and English.
Ponsse observes a 30-day silent period prior to the publication of the results
for the quarter or financial period in question.
