Relais Group Plc will publish the following financial reports during 2026:

· Interim Report January-March 2026, on Wednesday, 13 May 2026
· Half-Year Financial Report January-June 2026, on Thursday, 13 August 2026
· Interim Report January-September 2026, on Wednesday, 28 October 2026
The reports will be published at approximately 9:00 a.m. Finnish time on the
above dates.
Relais Group Plc's Annual Report 2025 will be published on Thursday, 12 March
2026 on the Company's website. The Annual Report consists of the Report of the
Board of Directors, the Financial Statements, the Auditor's Report and the
Assurance Report on the Sustainability Report, as well as the Remuneration
Report. The Report of the Board of Directors includes the Sustainability Report
prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards
(ESRS) and Chapter 7 of the Finnish Accounting Act as well as the Corporate
Governance Statement.
The Annual General Meeting 2026
The Annual General Meeting 2026 is planned to be held on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
The Board of Directors will give later a separate notice of the Annual General
Meeting.
A shareholder, who wishes to place an item on the agenda of the Annual General
Meeting, shall submit the request in writing to the Company's Board of Directors
by 23 February 2026. Such requests including the reasoning and a resolution
proposal shall be submitted to the address: Relais Group Plc / Board of
Directors, Mannerheimintie 105, 00280 Helsinki, Finland.
Relais Group's financial reports and related presentation material are available
