Suvi Kulmala, VP Human Resources and a member of Nurminen Logistics Oyj's
Management Team, has resigned to take up a position with another company. She
will leave Nurminen no later than the fourth quarter of 2025.

Nurminen's personnel and corporate culture. I wish her all the best in the next
