Kojamo plc's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2026

Kojamo plc will publish its Financial Statements Release, the Financial
Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors 2025 on 11 February 2026.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 12 March 2026 in Helsinki.

The publication dates of the Interim Reports and the Half-Year Financial Report
in 2026 are as follows:

  · Interim Report January-March 2026: 6 May 2026
  · Half-Year Financial Report January-June 2026: 13 August 2026
  · Interim Report January-September 2026: 5 November 2026
