Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2025 on Wednesday
11 February 2026 at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time (EET).
The Financial Statement, the Board of Directors' Report and the Corporate
Responsibility information for 2025 and the Corporate Governance Statement and
the Remuneration Report will be published in week 13/2026.
The publication dates of Raisio's financial reports for 2026 are as follows:
Interim Report for January-March on Tuesday, 12 May 2026
Half-Year Financial Report for January-June on Wednesday, 12 August 2026
Interim Report for January-September on Tuesday, 10 November 2026
The financial reports will be published at approximately 8:30 a.m. Finnish time
(EET).
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday 16 April 2026 in
Turku, Finland. The Board of Directors will summon the Annual General Meeting at
a later date. A shareholder has the right to request a matter on the agenda of
the Annual General Meeting on the basis of Chapter 5, Section 5 of the Companies
Act. The proposal accompanied by justification and a draft resolution shall be
made in writing and delivered no later than Wednesday 25 February, 2026 to
