Wetteri renews its Management team

Wetteri is reorganizing its Management team composition to support strategy work
and its upcoming implementation. The new Management team will start operating on
11 August 2025, led by CEO Pietu Parikka.

Management team as of 11 August 2025:

  · Maria Halttunen, CFO
  · Juha Kontio, Business Director
  · Joakim Nyman, CIO, starting 15 September 2025
  · Mika Pokka, Business Director, starting 11 August 2025
  · Ari Roivainen, Business Director
  · Heidi Väkevä, Director of Communications and Marketing.

“As the strategy work progresses, it is natural to update the Management team
composition. In the current challenging market environment, we are focusing on
streamlining operations, improving profitability, and strengthening commercial
capabilities. The renewed Management team supports these goals and provides a
strong foundation for regional management as well as the development of the new
car brand business,” says Wetteri's CEO Pietu Parikka.

The Business Directors are responsible for developing their own business areas
and designated car brands. Juha Kontio, former Head of the Western Finland area,
will be responsible for the locations in Oulu, Ylivieska and Kemi. Ari
Roivainen, former Head of the Eastern Finland area, will be responsible for the
locations in Kajaani, Iisalmi, Joensuu, Kuopio, Rovaniemi and Kuusamo. New
Business Director Mika Pokka will be responsible for the locations in Lempäälä,
Lahti, Pori, Rauma, Vantaa, Raisio, Mikkeli and Savonlinna.

The Director of Communications, Heidi Väkevä, will also be responsible for
company's marketing.

Current Management team member Mika Rissanen continues in his current role as
Car Dealership Manager in Joensuu and as the Director of Wetteri's heavy
maintenance business, but he will no longer be a member of the company's
Management team 11 August 2025 onwards.

New Management team members are Business Director Mika Pokka and Chief
Information Officer Joakim Nyman.

Pokka joins Wetteri from Bavaria Finland Oy, where he was responsible for Hedin
Automotive's BMW and MINI operations.

Nyman will start as Wetteri's CIO on 15 September 2025. Nyman has extensive,
long-term experience in managing ICT operations in the automotive industry,
covering both car import and dealership sectors.

“I warmly welcome Mika and Joakim to Wetteri and the Management team. Mika has
versatile expertise in commercial operations in the automotive industry and has
held various sales management positions across several car brands. Joakim is a
strong ICT professional with experience in demanding ICT projects and a deep
understanding of the automotive industry. These appointments strengthen our
commercial capabilities and enhance our readiness to streamline our processes
and operations,” says Parikka.

In May 2025, Wetteri announced the launch of a strategy update process and
reported a change in CEO on 1 July 2025. The company's new CEO, Pietu Parikka
started on 1 August 2025. The company will publish its updated strategy in the
second half of 2025.
