Kesko's President and CEO Mikko Helander has announced to Kesko's Board of
Directors his intention to take the opportunity to retire from his position
during 2024. The Board of Directors has initiated the process of finding a
successor for Helander.
Helander has acted as the President and CEO of Kesko since 2015. He joined the
company on 1 October 2014 as Deputy CEO and member of Group Management Board.
The managing director contract of the President and CEO was revised in 2021 so
that Helander was to continue to act as President and CEO for the time being
